In March of 2007, I was waiting to hear back from a popular television reality show centered around overweight participants. Today, I'm a certified personal trainer who is teaching people how to get fit, feel better, and helping other fitness minded folks become coaches themselves! I have to say, it's the best thing I've done in a long time.
